About the role
Owning MinIO's editorial strategy and content marketing end-to-end, the full-time remote Editorial Director will manage the editorial calendar, translate technical concepts into compelling narratives, and oversee content creation while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive editorial strategy that aligns with MinIO's brand and narrative
Craft and produce high-quality content across various formats, including social media, blogs, and videos, while maintaining brand voice
Own the content budget and KPIs, delivering data-driven reporting to optimize performance and resource allocation Required qualifications 10+ years in editorial and content marketing, with 6+ years in a high-growth B2B technology or AI environment
Proven track record of scaling content programs and demonstrating measurable impact
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Deep experience with social media platforms and content management systems, as well as familiarity with SEO best practices
Strong project management skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
