About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead the next phase of its digital transformation and develop a technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and user needs. The role will assess and optimize existing systems, strengthen technology governance and operations, and lead complex initiatives from planning through implementation and continuous improvement. The VP will partner across the organization to shape scalable, human-centered solutions and oversee software development, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT support, and external technology partners. Responsibilities also include developing the IT team, building internal capabilities, and managing the technology budget. Candidates should bring significant progressive leadership experience in IT or digital transformation, including a record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives and managing competing priorities. They need broad technical knowledge across enterprise applications, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, along with the ability to guide technical decisions and lead projects through adoption. Experience with human-centered design, customer experience, team development, and organizational change is important, as are strong communication and relationship-building skills. A degree in a technical or management field is required; experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
