We're looking for team members who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.This position offers a base salary, plus commission, comprehensive training, and a great team environment.Job Responsibilities:Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business.Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community.Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members.Understanding and communicating the loan process.QualificationsA Minnesota Real Estate License is required. If you do not have one, we will work with you to earn your license upon employment.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.Proven closing and negotiating skills.Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities.A proven background in prospecting.Proactive follow up with prospective customers.Marketing strategies.A high level of enthusiasm and energy.Acts with integrity.Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually.Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize & multi-task.Additional InformationWork Schedule:Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is requiredCommission Based Compensation: $100-150K annually.What We Offer:Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" 20 times!
