Valle Sporting Goods & Valle Shield are growing baseball and softball brands built by players and coaches who care deeply about the game. We design high-quality training equipment, protective screens, and educational media for athletes and organizations nationwide. We’re hiring a Director of Marketing & Content to fully own and operate marketing efforts across both brands. This is a hands-on role focused on videography, photography, digital content, social media, and e-commerce growth.
What You’ll Do: Own and execute the marketing strategy across both brands Create high-quality video and photography content Manage social media platforms and brand presence Oversee paid advertising and performance reporting Lead production of the Valle Podcast
What We’re Looking For: Experience in marketing, digital media, videography, or content creation Strong videography and photography skills Experience creating short- and long-form content Former baseball/softball player or strong interest in the sport preferred Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Compensation & Benefits$45,000 annual salary (salaried, exempt)Performance-based bonuses Employer 401(k) contribution up to $6,000 annually (1-year vesting)Paid time off and paid holidays
