Global Law Firmseeking Research Services Lead – Operationsto play a key role in supporting and enhancing research platforms, knowledge systems, and day-to-day operations within a dynamic, global professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize research platforms, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools Ensure accuracy of catalogues, eLibrary, and research systems Partner with tech teams on system upgrades, configuration, and maintenance Manage content platforms and audit knowledge resources Oversee collaboration tools (Teams, Share Point, document systems)Support authentication, access, and platform migrations Drive operational efficiency and cross‑team collaboration Safeguard confidential and proprietary informationMUST have cataloguing experience Hybrid schedule: 3 days in officeMUST have cataloguing experience Targeting candidates with 5+ years of experience
