About the role
To drive significant revenue growth, the full-time Vice President of Cross-Sell will design and execute strategies to expand product adoption within the existing customer base, focusing on cross-sell motions and customer segmentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and own the company's cross-sell strategy, identifying high-value product pairing opportunities
Own cross-sell revenue targets and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to achieve them
Lead and develop a cross-sell sales team, creating training and incentive structures aligned with cross-sell goals
Required qualifications
10+ years in revenue growth, sales, or customer expansion roles, with at least 4 years in leadership
Proven track record of building cross-sell or expansion revenue programs from concept to scale
Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data, segmentation models, and funnel analysis
Experience in SaaS, digital products, or multi-product subscription businesses preferred
Collaborative mindset with the ability to align multiple departments without direct authority
