About the role:
Lead the design process from concept through construction, aligning design with client goals, project requirements, and code. Manage multiple projects across varying scales, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Lead client relationships, presentations, and design discussions throughout all project phases. Coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to support project delivery. Review and redline design documentation to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while mentoring junior team member
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or related field.8+ years of professional experience. Licensed or actively pursuing licensure. Experience in commercial, mixed-use, corporate or luxury residential projects preferred. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up, with experience in Enscape, Rhino, Lumion, or similar software.
