This role is a key part of daily operations, blending administrative coordination with front-office support and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and can comfortably manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day — from scheduling inspections and coordinating vendors to greeting visitors and assisting with billing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent support to tenants, clients, and business associates alike.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage advertising for available properties
  • Schedule and coordinate move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections
  • Manage periodic maintenance scheduling
  • Coordinate lawn, snow, and irrigation maintenance vendors and mowing lists
  • Provide shared front office/receptionist support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and filing
  • Perform basic billing entry
  • Create newsletters and draft tenant/client letters and other correspondence
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented
  • Detail-oriented with a good memory and solid basic math skills
  • Basic QuickBooks knowledge a plus, but not required
