Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, organizing digital files, drafting correspondence, and preparing basic reports. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and virtual front-desk functions, responding to inquiries, routing messages, and supporting executive leadership with scheduling and documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate electronic records, assisting with data entry, coordinating virtual meetings, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth operations. The Administrative Assistant is expected to work independently, prioritize tasks, and uphold patient confidentiality and organizational policies in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and leadership needs. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with patients, team members, and external partners. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, document management, and basic record-keeping. Relevant skills such as proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, virtual meeting tools) and strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation. Previous experience in healthcare or community services environments is beneficial, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification in office administration is a plus.
