About the role

Surgical Services - Sterile Processing TechJoin our dynamic team as a Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and patient safety.

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
Serve as a preceptor for new employees and peers
Maintain a bioburden error rate of .1% or less monthly
Handle a daily tray volume of approximately 224 instruments
Work collaboratively within the Sterile Processing Department
Participate in on-call and holiday shifts as required
What We Need To SeeCBSPD certification is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing
Ways To Stand Out From The CrowdIAHCSMM/HSPA certification is preferred
Experience with Steris Steam Sterilizers and Stryker VP4 Machines
Experience with Belimed Ultrasonic Washers
