About the role

First Energy Corp. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Skills Training - Enterprise Learning to lead the planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of technical training for the physical workforce. You will oversee instructors and training staff supporting craft disciplines, ensuring safety, consistency, and high performance across Enterprise Learning. You will drive apprenticeship programs, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with training standards
