About the role

Monitoring n on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols. Preventive Maintenance (PM) Responsible for managing PM activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors. Malfunction Handling (MH) Electrical Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2. HVAC Incidents : Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.
Note: ll PM and MH activities will adhere to Client's standards..
Qualifications and Requirements: 5.1. Certified electrician license5.2. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills. 5.3. Service availability 24/7 for incident response. 5.4. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems). 5.5. Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems. 5.6. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems 5.7. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset
