Job TitleSAT Product AdministratorJob DescriptionThe SAT Product Administrator supports product operations by entering, updating, and maintaining standardized annuity product information within the SAT platform. This role follows established procedures and templates to ensure product records are accurate, complete, and available for agent use. SAT is an internal platform that enables agents to access product information and support sales activity.Duties/ResponsibilitiesEnter and update annuity product information in the SAT platform using established templates, guidelines, and standardized formatsReview carrier communications and internal requests for routine product updates, escalating questions or unclear information to the appropriate team memberMaintain product records by making approved updates to rates, availability, forms, and other standard product fieldsFollow defined processes to complete updates by required effective dates and within assigned timelinesCheck completed entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting or marking updates as completeCommunicate with internal team members to clarify routine update requests and confirm required informationOrganize assigned product update tasks and maintain documentation in accordance with department standardsIdentify and report data issues, missing information, or process concerns to the appropriate team member for reviewRequired QualificationsProficient with computers and web-based data entry systemsAbility to interpret and organize information from multiple sourcesStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to meet deadlines and complete updates within defined timelinesStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with annuity or life insurance productsKey Performance IndicatorsAccuracy and completeness of standardized product data entriesTimely completion of assigned product updates within defined deadlinesConsistent use of approved templates, guidelines, and department processesCompletion of quality checks before submitting or closing assigned updatesAppropriate escalation of missing information, data issues, or unclear requestsWhat AmeriLife OffersA comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
