We're currently looking for a Traveling Relationship Banker to join our Retail team to primarily serve our Kensington and Herman locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road and traveling to different branches, thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, wants to help people reach their financial goals, and is excited to play an important role as part of a collaborative and fun team!
What You'll Do: As a Traveling Relationship Banker, you'll be trusted with both day-to-day banking activities and relationship-based customer interactions at different branches: Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence by performing teller functions accurately and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for opening and servicing accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products. Build and deepen customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending solutions that support each customer's financial success. Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to help grow the market and strengthen our community presence. Understand and follow all bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset, as well as the following: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support travel, as required by business needs High School diploma, or the equivalent Excellent communication skills 1-2 years of previous experience either in banking or a related position, preferred Exceptional interpersonal skills Desire to build relationships, collaborate with coworkers and enhance the lives of our customers Why Kensington Bank?
