Processor Seeking a Processor and Closer to join a great team in the real estate industry!
What's in it for you? Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm, and occasional overtime Employee Benefits include but are not limited to the availability of health, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, educational and licensing opportunities Processor Details: Direct Hire position$ 45,760.00 / annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Manage real estate transactions from pre-closing through post-closing Prepare, review, and organize closing and title documents Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys Review files to ensure all required documentation is received and accurate Assist with title commitments, binders, and clearing title requirements Prepare files and closing packages for scheduled closings Conduct real estate closings or train to become a closer Obtain required signatures and ensure documents are properly completed Complete post-closing processing and review executed documents Submit deeds, mortgages, and other documents for recording Perform basic property and document searches Manage multiple closing files, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
