About the role

HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) Company is seeking a Core Group Associate to ensure innerspring units meet quality standards on the production line. You will perform hands-on tasks in a manufacturing setting, handling and trimming innersprings and preparing them for the next step. You will attach border wire with an air-powered clip gun, lift completed units, and keep your area clean and safe. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work as part of a team.
