Compensation: 110,000–130,000
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to members of the Human Resources organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations through expert scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning. The position requires strong collaboration across teams and a polished, service-oriented approach. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple busy calendars and scheduling priorities to ensure seamless coordination. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics. Prepare and assist with presentations and decks for HR meetings and initiatives. Support HR-related meetings, special projects, and firmwide events. Plan and execute team events and offsites with attention to detail. Handle logistics associated with HR programs and events. Partner closely with Executive Assistants across different functions within the firm. Process expenses and manage general administrative responsibilities. Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, conflicts, and priorities. Provide polished, high-touch support to the HR team and stakeholders. Required Experience/Skills Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services. Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning skills. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities. Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience/Skills Experience supporting HR or senior leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information. Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Training in administrative support or business operations is a plus. Continued professional development in executive support or HR coordination encouraged. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Familiarity with corporate event planning or project management tools beneficial.
