About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on DSOs, dental groups, and enterprise dental organizations.
- Build pipeline through existing industry relationships, referrals, networking, events, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage your dental industry Rolodex to establish relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Lead the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion.
- Conduct consultative discovery around patient engagement, patient intake, patient communication, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
- Build compelling business cases that demonstrate the financial and operational value of Certify Health's solutions.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying committees involving operations, technology, finance, clinical leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Attend dental industry conferences, DSO events, and other industry gatherings to develop relationships and generate new business.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information within the CRM.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape The Firm's dental go-to-market strategy.
- Help build the sales playbook and repeatable enterprise sales process for the dental vertical. What You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales experience within the dental industry.
- Proven success selling into DSOs, dental groups, enterprise dental practices, or dental technology organizations.
- Existing relationships and an active Rolodex within the dental industry.
- Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, dental technology, or patient engagement solutions is strongly preferred.
- Patient engagement, patient intake, patient communication, or practice management technology experience is a major plus.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
- Proven ability to create pipeline independently and operate as a true hunter.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand a customer's business before presenting a solution.
- International sales experience is a plus.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, move quickly, and build something from the ground up.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Career Growth
