About the role
Oracle EPM Cloud Developer About OnPlan We’re a Pacific Northwest–based consulting firm proudly voted the #1 midsize company to work for in the region by the Portland Business Journal. We’re building an Oracle EPM practice we’re proud of - one that delivers big results for clients and still leaves room for life outside the laptop. At OnPlan, developers aren’t just “order takers” - they’re problem solvers, innovators, and the ones who turn ideas into reality. If you love rolling up your sleeves, configuring smart solutions, and maybe even showing clients a trick or two they didn’t know was possible, you’ll fit right in.

Comfort with EPM Automate (batch, Power Shell, or both).FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCM experience? A nice bonus. The ability to work closely with Solution Architects and clients to turn requirements into elegant, working applications. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
