Position Details
Position: Orthodontic Assistant
Location: Saginaw, MI
Schedule: Open to full or part-time opportunities
What You'll Do: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the orthodontist and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures and patient care
  • Take quality digital scans, photographs, and radiographs
  • Educate patients and parents on treatment plans and oral care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms
  • Monitor inventory and stock clinical supplies
  • Assist with Invisalign cases, appliance delivery, and orthodontic adjustments
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficient patient flow
The position also requires maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment and providing compassionate, patient-centered care at every visit.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalentX-Ray Certification preferred (required certifications welcomed)RDA preferred
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
