Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues.
