Senior Healthcare Recruiter – Remote | 100% Commission | Permanent Placement HeadhunterWe are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters / Headhunters for a fully remote, high-commission opportunity with a national permanent placement healthcare search firm.This is not an HR role.This is not a staffing coordinator position.This is not a "post and pray" recruiting job.This is a true headhunter role focused on proactive sourcing, outbound recruiting, and full-cycle permanent placement.If you have worked in agency recruiting, search, or contingency placement, this will feel familiar.If your background is only internal recruiting or HR, this role will likely not be a fit.Compensation100% CommissionHigh fee structureUnlimited earning potentialFully remote / work from homeOur typical placement fees are in the:$10,000$15,000$20,000+Higher for leadership searchesThis means a single placement can generate 5000 – $10,000+ in commission depending on the fee.Additional Commission for Business DevelopmentRecruiters who generate new client relationships are rewarded with additional commission.When a recruiter is responsible for bringing on a new client, they receive:An additional 10% of the placement fee on hires made with that client.This allows full-desk recruiters to significantly increase their earnings by developing their own accounts in addition to filling existing searches.Top producers earn well into six figures.This is a production-based role that rewards activity, consistency, and follow-through.What This Role Actually IsWe are a permanent placement healthcare search firm, not a job board recruiting company.Our recruiters do not wait for applicants.We proactively identify, research, source, and recruit candidates every day.This role requires:Heavy outbound phone activityDaily sourcing and researchRecruiting passive candidatesFinding candidate contact informationConsistent follow-upManaging multiple searches at onceExpect to make 50+ outbound calls per day to be successful.Most of the candidates we recruit are:PhysiciansNurse Practitioners / PAsNursesTherapistsHealthcare leadersThese candidates are rarely applying to jobs.There is a massive imbalance between open positions and available clinicians, which means success comes from proactive recruiting, not posting ads.This is a sales-driven recruiting role.Workload ExpectationsThis is a full-time, performance-driven position.This is not a part-time opportunity, side job, or casual recruiting role.You should expect to work 40+ hours per week to be successful.Permanent placement recruiting requires daily activity, persistence, and consistency.Recruiters who expect to work limited hours or rely only on inbound applicants typically do not succeed in a commission-only environment.Who Will Succeed in This RoleThis role is best suited for recruiters with experience in:Healthcare recruitingAgency recruitingSearch firm recruitingPermanent placement recruitingFull-desk recruitingHeadhunting / outbound sourcingYou will do well if you:Are competitive and self-motivatedEnjoy working the phoneAre comfortable with commission incomeHave strong sourcing skillsCan work independentlyUnderstand recruiting is a production roleWant unlimited income potentialWho Should NOT ApplyThis role is not a fit for someone who:Needs a base salaryOnly wants inbound applicantsIs uncomfortable making outbound callsHas only worked in HR / internal recruitingIs not comfortable with performance expectationsIs looking for part-time workAbout UsWe are a national permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm supporting hospitals, physician groups, home health, hospice, outpatient, behavioral health, and specialty practices across the United States.We operate in a true search-firm model with:High placement feesHigh commission splitsHigh expectationsHigh earning potentialOur recruiters operate as professional search consultants and are expected to work with urgency, accountability, and consistency.
