About the role

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Assembly Millwrights to join our team assembling and installing industrial cooling components and material-handling equipment. This position is ideal for mechanically skilled individuals who can read drawings, use hand and power tools, and accurately assemble large mechanical systems.
Responsibilities: Assemble industrial cooling components and mechanical systems. Install pumps, motors, piping, fans, conveyors, and related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions. Measure, align, level, and fit components to precise specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and other mechanical equipment. Perform mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot assembly issues. Assist with equipment positioning, lifting, and installation. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively with electricians, welders, fabricators, and other trades.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Assembler, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role. Mechanical assembly and industrial construction experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to use measuring tools such as levels, squares, and tape measures. Basic understanding of mechanical alignment and equipment installation. Ability to lift heavy components and work at heights when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
