About the role
- Compare the insurance requirements to the coverages on the existing program.
- Obtain quotes on coverages needed to comply with contract insurance requirements.
- Assist Client Managers in the renewal and new business processes:
- Order loss runs from insurance carriers.
- Request or process binders, auto ID cards, invoices & finance agreements
- Prepare and/or update renewal surveys and proposals.
- Send applications to the clients via IndioAssist in other renewal and new business tasks as assigned by the Client Manager.
- Responsible for integrity of policy data on Agency Management Systems.
- Comply with and follow corporate workflow procedures and guidelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service and teamwork and seek to improve whenever possible.
- Training new and existing Client Administrators.
- Mentor new and existing Client Administrators. Schedule weekly check in meetings to ensure success.
- This position assists in mentoring and training new team members and is expected to inform Manager of all matters that may give rise to an E&O claim.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to four years related experience and/or training.
- Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet, & Email
- Ability to obrain a California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Willingness to pursue industry designations (CISR, CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, etc.)#ZR
