About the role

Rose Senior Living Avon seeks a PT Life Enrichment Coordinator in our Memory Care neighborhood to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities that support residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being. You will work with the Memory Care team to lead daily activities, prepare calendars, and develop engaging programs for diverse residents, including those with memory loss. HS diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred; six months’ experience with seniors in activities is preferred.
