Responsibilities:
Oversee the usage and coding of Raiser's Edge NXT for the Corporate & Foundation Partnerships Team (CFT), optimizing database integrations and data flows.
Create Power Automate flows for administrative tasks, such as donor partner acknowledgment letters, and manage automated task reminders for the grant calendar.
Establish ongoing data hygiene processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and document best practices.
Deliver timely, accurate data, reporting definitions, and frontline CRM training/support to help CFT colleagues maximize system capabilities.
Collaborate on fundraising initiatives by assessing business needs, attending planning meetings, and making strategic, data-informed recommendations.
Provide general administrative support to the CFT, including meeting coordination, record maintenance, and correspondence assistance as needed.
