Shepherd’s House Ministries is seeking a mission-driven Chief Operations Officer to expand impact across sites and strengthen operations in service of homeless services, addiction recovery, and trauma-informed care. You will lead the Executive Team, steward resources, and align systems with the organization’s values. This role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration with the CEO and community partners, and the ability to manage multiple programs, facilities, and safety initiatives
