About the role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a critical role in supporting our People Development team's growth strategies. This position offers hands-on, end-to-end experience in the recruitment lifecycle; from identifying top-tier talent to welcoming them on their first day. If you are passionate about people, highly organized, and eager to learn how a modern talent acquisition team sources, interviews, and selects top candidates, this role is for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support talent acquisition activities, including active candidate sourcing, resume reviews, and pipeline building. Assist in recruitment administration tasks, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate logistics, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Participate in interviewing and selection initiatives to conduct initial phone screenings and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Gain exposure to end-to-end onboarding programs to help facilitate pre-employment logistics and welcome new hires on their first day.
Qualifications:
Upcoming junior, senior or recent graduate with a strong academic record pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
