Overview In this role you lead the Insights team to shape data-driven, real-world messaging and campaign measurement. You work closely with senior strategists, digital experts, and creative teams to translate research into actionable strategy. You will simplify complex methods into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, while mentoring a multidisciplinary group of researchers and data scientists. The position emphasizes innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on tangible reputational and business outcomes. A strong hook is your drive to advance modern insights through new methods and AI-enabled approaches. Responsibilities Counsel senior clients on research findings and implications Oversee qualitative and quantitative research and analytics programs to inform messaging and tactics Partner with senior strategists, digital experts, and creative teams to develop data-driven strategies with real-world impact Bridge technical methods and narrative to create accessible, human-centric insights for executives Lead and develop the Insights team, setting standards from design to client-facing outputs Foster rigorous curiosity, challenge status quo, and scale ideas into standard practice Plan capacity and team development to sustain innovation and collaboration Drive the innovation agenda and explore new measurement methods (e.g., synthetic audiences, behavioral data)Champion use of AI to speed and enhance analysis Collaborate with Labs to develop new offerings and contribute to thought leadership Key requirementscollaboration and teamworkleadership and mentorshipclear communication of complex ideasqualitative and quantitative research designbehavioral analyticscampaign measurement and data interpretation
