Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTAActive State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCPT license
- At least 1 year of home health experience
- Master'sAssignment Details
- Coverage area includes Centralia and surrounding areas
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits, from patient to patient only
- Dress code includes navy blue scrubs or a navy blue top with khaki shorts
