Quality Inspector Now hiring for a Quality Inspector in Rogers, AR.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed. As a Quality Inspector, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward. This opportunity lets you inspect products, verify quality standards, and help ensure every finished product meets customer expectations before it leaves the facility.
Job Duties: Visually inspect parts as you package using rubber bands and/or packing paper. Box, label, and strap.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements: Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
