About the role
Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Century City team. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, and related documents.
Required:
minimum 3 years of corporate paralegal experience, a four-year college degree or equivalent, and an ABA approved paralegal certificate. Position is non-exempt with on-site and remote work balance as described.
