About the role
Fluent in English and Spanish, the full-time Nevada Licensed Senior Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service support, managing complex case resolutions and fostering relationships within the Airbnb community remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end support for key community members, ensuring complete resolution of issues related to reservations
Provide personalized customer support, addressing user needs with efficiency and high hospitality standards
Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and support team success through insights and recommendations
Required qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, and CRM systems
