Position summary:
The temporary clerical position provides administrative help to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. This role focuses on accurate data entry, document scanning and digitization, and conducting information research to support various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with basic office systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to visually discern discrepancies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, and office systems.
Ability to perform accurate data entry.
Ability to scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents and records.
Basic internet/information research skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
