We’re partnering with innovative medical device companies seeking driven Associate Territory Managers to join their growing commercial teams. These roles are designed for motivated B2B sales professionals who are ready to transition into healthcare and build a long-term career in medical device sales. You’ll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced sales leaders, develop clinical and business expertise, and gain the experience needed to grow into a Territory Manager role.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and account training
Partner with experienced Territory Managers to expand territory growth
Manage sales activities, pipeline development, and customer relationships
Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For1–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience (required)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals/quota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of drive, accountability, and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree preferred/required depending on company
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $65,000–$70,000 Estimated first-year earning potential: $100,000–$140,000+ OTEFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options
