Compensation Range:
$23-$25 - DOEWhat You'll DoCoordinate and schedule advanced dental procedures (implants, bone grafts, bridges, crowns).Clearly explain treatment plans and answer patient questions with empathy and expertise.
Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and explore available options.
Ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.
Deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of the office.
What We're Looking ForExperience: 1-2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.
Knowledge: Familiarity with complex cases like implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.
Insurance Verification: must have verification experience and be comfortable explaining to patients.
Communication: Ability to explain treatment details confidently and compassionately.
Organization:
Skilled at managing busy schedules and keeping everything on track. Tech Savvy: Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a dental office.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
