Job Description: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Managerto join a team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to clients by managing personal lines accounts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Agency Manager, you will work closely with a small, collaborative team to deliver outstanding service. This is a fully in-office position with no travel required. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines accounts. Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to clients. Manage and service standard personal lines accounts effectively. Utilize AMS 360 software to maintain accurate client records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management. Uphold a high level of professionalism and accountability in all interactions. Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in account management or customer service.
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is a plus.
Soft Skills: Professional demeanor. Strong sense of accountability. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.#LI-BC2
