Control Panel Technician
Essential Job Functions: Troubleshoots and repairs control panels. Repairs and replaces pumps (two to 300 horsepower).Performs preventive maintenance on pump stations and station equipment. Meets with the public and explains problems, procedures, etc. Performs required mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting to correct any malfunctioning component. Prepares adequate written reports. Communicates on two-way radio. Responds to calls for emergency repairs outside of normal working hours. Performs on-call duties as assigned. Works overtime when required. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Job Description
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, one (1) year of experience with plumbing and/or maintenance of pumps, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Arkansas Class A Commercial Driver's license (CDL) is preferred. All Maintenance techs must maintain a clean driving record. Special RequirementsDRUG TESTING: All applicants are subject to pre-employment drug testing; individual in this position will be subject to random drug & alcohol testing.
Miscellaneous Information: Days & Hours: Monday-Friday ~ 7:00AM – 3:30PM Overtime and On-Call available
