Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Tech to support the staging, labeling, packaging, and movement of fiber optic and copper cabling materials in a warehouse and logistics environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for preparing cable products for shipment, ensuring materials are properly identified, organized, and packaged for delivery to customer sites and project locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with physical materials, following detailed processes, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, or material handling environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and stage fiber optic and copper cabling materials based on work orders and delivery requirements. Apply identification and tracking labels to cable ends and other components. Bundle, organize, and prepare cable assemblies for transportation and shipment. Package materials into bins, crates, pallets, and other shipping containers. Verify material quantities and ensure products are correctly labeled before distribution. Maintain an organized and safe work area while following warehouse procedures. Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and general warehouse support activities. Collaborate with team members to meet production, packaging, and shipping deadlines. Key Details:
