This pivotal role is a blend of strategic, executional, and technical leadership, focused on a high-volume, high-growth e-commerce and subscription-commerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the portfolio of strategic technology programs, including platform modernization, checkout and payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems. They will also be tasked with building and maintaining the operating rhythm, governance, and instrumentation that enable the various technical teams to work efficiently and effectively. The role demands a hands-on, technically fluent leader who can ensure the organization executes with a focus on technical excellence, reliability, and customer experience. Applicants for the VP, TPM position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in program management and digital operations. A proven track record of supporting executive leaders, particularly in a high-growth environment, is essential.
