Bilingual Customer Service / Administrative Assistant Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to support our team with customer service, general office administration, and data entry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish and have strong attention to detail, particularly when entering information into QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional customer service to customers by phone, email, and in person. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English and Spanish. Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents. Enter and maintain accurate customer, invoice, payment, and other business information in QuickBooks. Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, receipts, and other administrative paperwork. Maintain organized records and ensure documents are properly filed and updated. Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed. Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other day-to-day office tasks. Work closely with other departments to help resolve customer questions and administrative issues. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company and customer information.
Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred. Experience with QuickBooks and data entry is required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar programs. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. KPG123
