About the role
Spencer Ogden are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager - a pure 180 delivery role - to help drive the growth of our AI Infrastructure practice. Spencer Ogden has heavily invested in our AI Infrastructure division over the past 18 months, and are currently supporting a number of major organizations across the US designing, building, and running Data Centers, all on a contract basis ran out of Denver office. As part of the continued growth, we are looking to bring on an experienced hands on recruitment manager, to handle the delivery into some of our big accounts, instill absolute recruitment best practices, and grow a world class database of suitable candidates. The right candidate: Will have at least 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience (high value, low volume ideally)Ideally contract experience though will consider people with direct hire experience Someone who understands process - is able to adapt to our processes, bring their own ideas, and then instill best practice around these Will be highly motivated, and want to really take their career to the next level Someone that could be interested in people management after an initial period learning the role Interested in really becoming a subject matter expert within the AI infrastructure and data center construction space Able to embrace the current office culture, be in 4-5 days a week, and make Spencer Ogden their long term home Spencer Ogden have been operating within the energy and infrastructure space for the last 15 years, and have gone through 3 major energy shifts; from initially focusing the company on Oil and Gas, to the sustainability boom of the last administration, and now to the rise of AI and the growth that goes with that in our energy sector. Denver is currently one of the top performing offices within the group, and has seen substantial growth over the past 12 months. Right now I am only interested in local Denver candidates, that can be in the office 4-5 days a week and be part of the team. Full training will be provided to bring the right candidate to the level we are at, with clear on site leadership here to support your development and growth.
