About the role

GML Participation Ownership Transition Manager What you bring 5+ years of technical program or PMO experience, ideally in lending, banking, fintech, or payments. Experience running multi-team programs with heavy regulatory, finance, and accounting dependencies. Strong Jira and Confluence skills, and clear written and executive communication. Familiarity with loan participation or sponsor-bank models, system-of-record migrations, or GL/sub-ledger integration is a plus.
What you'll do: Own the plan and critical path for moving GML participation ownership from BML to PPB. This includes loan-level ownership changes in Fineract, the participation-eligible loan feed, settlement and funds-flow updates, and the new PPB repayment Omnibus account. Drive the cross-team dependencies: the Accounting BRDs, updated participation agreements, SAP sub-ledger and data warehouse feeds, and bureau reporting. Maintain the RAID log, risk register, and status reporting. Run governance forums and keep an audit-ready trail, including support for Internal Audit requests. Raise capacity and sequencing conflicts early, and escalate to leadership with clear options. Report regularly to PPB and PayPal executive stakeholders.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
