About the role

Inside SalesResponsible for inside sales activities including order processing and customer support for industrial fasteners such as screws, nuts, bolts, screw machines, and related products. This role focuses primarily on phone and email communication with existing customers, with limited travel. Handle sales activities mainly through phone and email communication Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, delivery dates, and order status Prepare and issue quotations and sales documentation Coordinate with internal teams including customer support and warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain customer information and sales records Prepare basic sales and activity reports as required Support senior sales staff and assist with assigned sales projects Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management8:00 AM to 5:00 PMOvertime is generally not expectedTravel is not required during the first yearOccasional customer visits may occur after the first yearFairfield, OhioStarting from $45,000 ***After a 3 month probation period, there is a possibility of an increase up to $56,000 based on performance (It is not guaranteed) Bonus equivalent to approximately one month of base salary First year bonus amount depends on length of employment Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available after 3 months of employment 401k plan available after one year of employment (6% match rate) No paid vacation in the first yearFive paid vacation days starting from the second yearCompany paid holidays availableAssociate or Bachelor's DegreeEnglish communication skills sufficient for business useValid driver's licenseSales experience is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsInterest in working with Japanese related customers or business culture is preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
