The Director, Business Strategy & Planning plays a central role in shaping Ferrero North America’s business priorities and translating them into plans, decisions, and action. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Planning, this role works closely with North America leaders and global stakeholders on strategic planning, business performance, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role. The Director will bring structure and insight to complex business questions while personally developing the presentations, written content, and analysis needed for senior leadership discussions. Success requires someone who can be a thought partner to executives, work effectively across functions, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
