WD is seeking an experienced Global Incentive Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team. This role drives end-to-end incentive programs, including short- and long-term plans, and employee recognition initiatives across the enterprise. Responsibilities include governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HRIS, and Communications to deliver accurate plans, dashboards, and compliant processes at scale.
