About the Opportunity: This contract opportunity for a Physician involves providing inpatient care to adult patients at a hospital setting with approximately 350 beds. The key focus lies in rounding, admissions, and cross-cover activities without ICU management. The intensivist team handles all in-house codes, lines, vents, and intubations, collaborating with a full complement of subspecialty support. This is a full-time contract position. The estimated base pay for these positions are $143.69 to $169.81 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities: Conducting rounds and admitting patients as per hospital protocols. Providing care to adult patients in an inpatient setting. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, to coordinate patient care. Monitoring and documenting patient progress thoroughly in the EMR system.
