Pay Rate - $38.25 to $43.25 Onsite M-Thurs, WFH Friday First Interview - Virtual; Second Interview - In Person Extension possible Position Summary The Chargeback Resolution Analyst supports the review and resolution of chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims. This role works with distributors, customers, and internal business partners to ensure claims are processed accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Review, research, and resolve chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims. Validate claim data and investigate exceptions. Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution. Maintain accurate claim documentation and records. Generate reports and identify recurring issues or trends. Utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations. Meet established productivity, quality, and service level expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 year experience preferred in Commercial Contracting or Chargeback Operations preferably Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP, AS400, Vistex, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
