The Role: We are hiring an experienced Senior Account Executive to guide prospective clients through the process of acquiring physical precious metals. This is a consultative, phone-based sales position, and candidates with prior precious metals or gold IRA experience are highly preferred. You will speak with individuals across the country who have requested information from us, help them understand their options, and manage each relationship from first conversation through funded account. This is a performance-driven role with meaningful revenue objectives and uncapped commission. It is the right fit for a seasoned sales professional who wants to earn at a high level while doing right by clients.
What You Will Do: Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients who have requested information about precious metals ownership Educate clients on available products, current market pricing, fees, and the account setup process Guide clients through direct purchases and self-directed IRA transactions in coordination with custodians and depositories Build and manage a pipeline in Salesforce with accurate, timely records Follow all company compliance standards on every client interaction, including required disclosures Meet monthly sales and revenue objectives Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
What We Are Looking For: Prior experience in the precious metals industry is highly preferred, including gold and silver sales, gold IRA or self-directed IRA products, or related roles at a bullion dealer or metals firm 3+ years of consultative phone sales experience; financial services, insurance, or investment products background is also valued Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Clear, professional communication skills and the patience to educate clients, many of whom are planning for retirement High personal integrity and full commitment to compliant, transparent sales practices Comfortable working in a structured environment with documented policies and performance standards Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Authorized to work in the United States; this role is on-site in Miami, FLCompensation and Benefits$500,000-$1,000,000 annual on-target earnings May qualify for $10,000 sign-on bonus Uncapped commission Commissions paid monthly Earnings are performance-based. The range above reflects expected annual earnings for team members meeting or exceeding sales objectives and is not a guaranteed salary.
