What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a network of reliable carrier partners
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity for customer freight
- Track & trace shipments to ensure on-time service
- Problem-solve in real time to keep freight moving
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service
- Stay ahead of market trends to maximize margins
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to win
